Love this place so so much, staff are sooo friendly and always helpful cause i have such a messy order! best place ever. :)
Ah-mazing! I just popped in to pick up an online order, and had the best service by a lovely girl called Lyndsey!! She had such a big smile, and a bubbly personality. My order was even put back in the warmers after I asked to add something.
Not only was her service impeccable, but it was refreshing to hear her speak so confidently, respectfully and kindly to her coworkers as well.
The food was delicious and well made, combine that with the service and Burgerfuel Ferrymead has made a loyal customer of me and my family.
Highly recommend this burger joint if you live in or are ever in christchurch!!
Have always had a wonderful experience with all the staff at the Ferrymead store, they are always so welcoming even when me and my partner were late to pickup our order at 10pm on the 26th of November. Will always be a loyal customer as all the staff have excellent customer service.
